Senior Physician Liaison

📋 Description

• Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with assigned providers (physicians
• Conduct regular interactions (virtual and in-person) to review performance, co-develop improvement
• Guide providers through Clarify’s change management approach
• Serve as primary contact and advocate for providers, representing their needs internally
• Provider education and enablement to support workflow improvement, quality measures, and incentives
• Engage with practice administration, staff and providers to support workflow improvement and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role
• Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data, cost trends, referral patterns, and
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate complex data into provider
• Strong CRM/engagement tooling experience; proficient with Salesforce and analytics platforms
• Willingness to travel; ability to manage a territory with minimal supervision
