📋 Description

• Own the visual design and delivery of enterprise pitch decks, from opening narrative and core
• Prioritize and manage workloads across an active pursuit pipeline, proactively communicating
• Translate audit findings, media plans, performance data, and strategic recommendations into clear
• Develop custom branding and presentation design guidelines for individual pursuits when required.
• Create motion and video assets, including sizzle reels, animated case studies, transitions, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional design experience, with meaningful experience in presentation
• Experience working within a performance marketing, media, or creative agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation decks and pitch materials, ideally including work
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts, animation, file
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable
