📋 Description

• Run day-to-day merchandise planning; own Open-to-Buy and inventory planning.
• Manage forecasts, inventory flow, and vendor projections.
• Partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain on daily operations.
• Execute replenishment and end-to-end order writing for categories.
• Leverage planning systems and AI-enabled tools to improve accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Open-to-Buy ownership at department/category; manage sales/inventory/margin.
• Proficient in retail math, forecasting, and inventory planning concepts.
• Excel power user; analyze data, spot trends, translate insights.
• 6-8 years in inventory or merchandise planning (e-commerce/retail preferred).
• Spend ~80% in planning systems; maintain forecasts and inventory.
• Strong communicator; partners with Merchandising and Supply Chain.
