📋 Description

• Developing and maintaining tender and project programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
• Working with pre-contracts and delivery teams to prepare methodologies, bids, and submissions.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and reporting status updates with remedial actions.
• Creating and maintaining records to support contractual obligations, including extension of time

• Demonstrated experience in supporting delivery of large building projects with accurate and
