📋 Description

• Serve as the primary planning partner for assigned product areas, building strong relationships
• Own the planning and coordination of content activities for product launches, identifying all
• Develop and communicate comprehensive content schedules, incorporating audits, writing, technical
• Organize and lead launch planning meetings, content audits, weekly status reviews, marketing
• Partner with content strategists to identify all content affected by upcoming launches, prioritize
• Proactively identify potential delays, missing approvals, shifting launch dates, and other

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in strategic planning, program management, business
• Proven experience managing cross-functional planning processes, portfolio coordination, or complex
• Experience coordinating content operations, knowledge management initiatives, or product launches
• Strong understanding of software product development lifecycles and methodologies, with practical
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including an understanding of system
