Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build a next-gen AI-powered platform for spec-driven development.
• Own platform end-to-end from architecture to rollout.
• Evaluate AI SDLC frameworks and decide adopt vs build.
• Partner with DevOps to wire the platform into CI/CD and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with ML Engineering on model context and guardrails.
• Drive org-wide adoption with docs, training, and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in platform engineering or developer experience.
• Hands-on build or drive adoption of a dev platform across org.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Python.
• Track record of internal tools/platform adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional influence.
