Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead high-impact platform projects improving developer experience, reliability, or security.
• Build AI-augmented platform tooling with easy infra primitives and policy-as-code.
• Own IaC for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize.
• Evolve CI/CD backbone (Argo CD/Workflows/Rollouts, GitHub Actions) for faster deploys.
• Instrument and operate with Datadog and Amplitude; own dashboards and SLOs for reliability.
• Mentor and onboard junior engineers, helping the team leverage AI in development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, or on-prem) and containerized apps at scale.
• Golang or Python proficiency and Terraform IaC tooling.
• AWS core services (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB, S3) and networking.
• GitOps workflows and CNCF tools (Argo, Helm, Backstage, Envoy).
