📋 Description

• Lead and mentor engineers; drive platform initiatives.
• Design, build, and operate the cloud-native platform for the org.
• Create reusable platform services and self-service capabilities.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Partner with teams to improve developer experience.
• Improve reliability and observability of our systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevEx, or similar.
• Experience building and operating production systems in AWS.
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code and automation background.
• Cloud & Platform Technologies: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
• Observability & Reliability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Architecture & systems thinking; distributed architectures.
