Senior Platform Engineer - AWS

📋 Description

• Design and implement secure, scalable AWS network architectures (VPCs, subnets)
• Build hybrid connectivity with Direct Connect, VPNs, and Transit Gateways
• Implement firewall strategies: NACLs, Security Groups, Network Firewall, and WAF
• Design highly available, disaster-ready network architectures
• Create and maintain network diagrams and SOPs
• Design monitoring and observability with DataDog, Prometheus, and CloudWatch

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years in platform/SRE/cloud eng with AWS networking focus
• AWS networking expertise: VPCs, subnets, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN
• Hands-on firewall ops: NACLs, SGs, Network Firewall, WAF
• Strong systems design and troubleshooting skills
• Hybrid connectivity experience (on-prem to AWS)
