Own and operate the AWS and Kubernetes platform: reliability, cost, and performance
Lead GitOps deployments: sync policies and deployment ordering
Own CI/CD end-to-end: design and maintain GitLab pipelines and runners
Own incident response for the platform: diagnose failures and recover
Establish platform observability: monitoring, alerting, log visibility
Maintain security baselines and secrets management

🎯 Requirements

5+ years platform engineering with automation
3+ years on AWS/Kubernetes (EKS); RBAC/IRSA
Expert GitLab CI/CD; shell & Docker runners; Bash
ArgoCD and GitOps across environments
Terraform as primary IaC tool
AWS services: Lambda, ALB, WAF, CloudFront, Cognito
