Senior Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, operate, and improve the internal technology platform treated as a product for all
• Apply DevOps principles with emphasis on automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Own platform infrastructure, SRE mindset, and incident response with blameless post-mortems.
• Develop and maintain IaC tooling, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability systems.
• Ensure high reliability, scalability, and performance across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable hands-on DevOps and SRE experience managing production systems.
• Strong SRE foundation: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, toil reduction, post-incident reviews.
• Cloud and container expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, networking, security).
• Proficiency in modern languages (Typescript, Go, Python, Rust) and automation scripts.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling.
• Familiarity with centralized logging and tracing tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog, Jaeger, Zipkin).
