📋 Description

• Build and maintain internal tools, services, APIs, and CLIs.
• Improve workflows for coding, testing, reviews, and deployment.
• Create service templates and paved roads for secure, observable software.
• Improve CI/CD speed, reliability and usability.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for self-service by engineers.
• Help engineers use observability with good defaults for logs, metrics, traces.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineer with production experience.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
• Experience with CI/CD, containers and cloud infrastructure.
• Own problems from discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Design maintainable systems with sensible trade-offs between speed, quality.
• Communicate clearly through code, documentation and discussions.
