Senior Platform Engineer I

📋 Description

• Own the observability, logging and alerting for Kubernetes clusters and critical workloads
• Build and maintain automation for the lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters: provisioning
• Own infrastructure cost-optimization workstreams: right-sizing, workload scheduling, and
• Partner directly with engineering teams to shape infrastructure decisions from design through
• Identify and root-fix reliability bottlenecks before they become incidents
• Participate in on-call rotation to swiftly resolve issues related to any disruption to the services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or SRE roles, including running Kubernetes in production at
• Familiarity with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster autoscaling and workload scheduling systems (Karpenter
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code systems such as Terraform, Crossplane, Pulumi, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with observability frameworks such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and eBPF
• Familiarity with GitOps-based delivery and tools such as Argo CD and Kargo
