Senior Platform Engineer, Workday Extend & Integrations

📋 Description

• Design and maintain Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Studio)
• Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements to production support
• Architect and develop custom applications with Workday Extend
• Build Workday Prism Analytics pipelines for data transformation
• Identify and build AI-powered automations to reduce manual HR workflows
• Develop MCP servers that securely expose Workday data to AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday integration across Core Connectors, EIB, and Studio
• 3+ years payroll and benefit integrations (PECI, payroll interfaces)
• 2+ years building Workday Extend custom apps (objects, fields, UI)
• 2+ years building Workday Prism pipelines (transformation and publishing datasets)
• Experience integrating LLMs into HR workflows and AI agents
• Proficiency in Workday Studio (XSLT, XPath, transforms) and REST APIs
