Senior Platform Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage AWS infrastructure: architecture, reliability, security, and cost.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines: from commit to production with zero manual steps.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders; no walls, no ticket factory.
• Shape architecture and product direction beyond coding tickets.
• Help adopt latest AI improvements to speed up building and shipping.
• Work across the stack: frontend widgets, backend infra, and data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Good communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Experience building large-scale, highly available systems.
• Deep AWS expertise across compute, messaging, storage, networking.
• Strong IaC experience (Terraform or similar).
• Distributed systems thinking: idempotency, retries, at-least-once.
• Production PostgreSQL: config, pooling, migrations, backups.
