Senior Platform Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and create embedded software for robots in the real world
• Hardware and software integration across sensors, actuators, and compute platforms
• Lead cross-functional projects involving perception and subsystems
• Test and evaluate systems to meet safety and reliability goals
• Drive safety and performance in real-world robot operation
• Collaborate across teams including electrical, software, robotics control, and AI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in embedded Linux software (C++, C, Rust, Python, Go)
• Time-sensitive, performance-critical applications
• Ethernet/IP networking; HTTP or gRPC
• Linux build environments like Yocto or Buildroot
• Experience building Linux kernels and device drivers
• Nvidia Jetson experience is a plus
