Senior Platform Software Engineer, System Engineering

📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end design, development, and debugging of high-performance system software in C/C++.
• Own control plane features—configuration, events, failover—for high availability.
• Collaborate with teams/vendors to define interfaces; implement bring-up, drivers, L2/L3 networking.
• Architect software for firmware management and updates with minimal downtime.
• Mentor the team; set code quality standards and guide cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• C/C++ (C++11+), Python; track record in designing and debugging large-scale systems.
• Deep Linux/UNIX systems programming; kernel concepts and driver development.
• HW/SW integration experience: system bring-up, platform requirements; debugging BMC/BIOS/PCIe/I2C.
• Strong technical leadership; autonomous handling of complex tasks; guides development.
• Experience with storage or L2/L3 networking protocols.
• Interest in CPU architecture and data-center hardware; cross hw/sw problems.
• Nice to have: Platform Security features (Secure Boot, RoT, TPM 2.0).
