Senior PLG Digital Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Build and scale the digital growth engine behind Kong's product-led motion.
• Own Marketing's targets for qualified product signup growth and the strategy, experimentation, and
• Improve the journey from digital discovery through signup, using downstream activation and product
• Identify opportunities, build growth roadmap, and launch/optimize experiments across acquisition
• Grow qualified product signups by identifying and scaling audiences, use cases, channels, and
• Optimize the digital → product journey by identifying friction across landing pages, CTAs, signup

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in PLG, digital growth, growth marketing, growth product, or a related B2B SaaS discipline.
• Experience building or scaling self-service or product-led growth motions.
• Track record of personally building, launching, and optimizing growth experiments.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition, CRO, experimentation, lifecycle, and funnel
• Strong analytical skills and experience using product, behavioral, and cohort data to drive growth
• Comfort with modern analytics, experimentation, automation, AI, and no-code/low-code growth tools.
