Senior PM – Consumer App

📋 Description

• Define product vision and roadmap for an early-stage iOS app
• Own App Store strategy: release planning, metadata, compliance, iteration
• Work with a lean engineering team to decide tech direction and specs
• Lead discovery and delivery of AI-powered features
• Establish product metrics framework — define success and measurement
• Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Requirements

• Cosmetics/Beauty industry experience is a plus
• Senior PM or above with early-stage/0-to-1 consumer products
• Demonstrable experience with iOS apps and App Store ecosystem
• Must write and reason about code in Python or Java
• Experience delivering AI-driven features in a consumer context
• Deep B2C product instincts
• Comfortable with ambiguity and remote work
• Must have prior remote work experience and distributed environment
• Experience taking a consumer app from zero to meaningful scale
• Mobile experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative product development
• Familiarity with consumer monetisation models
• Experience hiring or building a PM function from scratch
• Python / Java
• iOS ecosystem (App Store Connect, TestFlight)
• AI/ML APIs and tooling
• Mobile analytics (Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel)
• Project management tools (Linear, Notion, Jira)
• Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
