5–8 years in consumer product with a solid shipping record.
Ability to quote real post-launch numbers and explain gaps versus forecast.
Preferred: feed or recommendation experience on a large-DAU product.
You run your own analysis and design your own experiments.
You’ve killed features on purpose — knowing what not to build matters as much as what to build.
People management experience.
