📋 Description

• Lead as Senior PMO/Product Owner in Satellite Systems Integration
• Manage escalations and ensure structured, sustainable solutions
• Perform root cause analysis and derive risk mitigation measures
• Support management in planning, controlling, and implementing project activities
• Coordinate software teams and act as central interface

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as PMO, Product Owner, or Project Manager in technical field
• Ideally experience in Aerospace, Avionics, or Embedded Software
• Understanding of software development processes and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in escalation management, stakeholder management, and team coordination
• Fluent in English and German
