📋 Description

• Execute PMO Office functions, including transformation planning, reporting, control, and change
• Maintain and manage the RAID framework, ensuring effective dependency management.
• Prepare documentation for steering bodies and communicate results, including participation and
• Facilitate decision-making by preparing and coordinating workshops and meetings.
• Act as an interface between central and decentralized PMOs and across all programs within the
