Senior PMO Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management for group-level initiatives.
• Directly manage complex projects, set priorities, and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor resource utilization and delivery timelines.
• Drive initiation reviews, priority frameworks, and schedule tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Report project status and issues to management for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in PMO, Project/Program Management or similar.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Jira, Lark, Confluence) is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required.
• This position is preferably based in Austria, Vienna.
