🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional podcast and/or video editing for long- and short-form B2B content
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
• Experience editing for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram with KPIs
• Strong storytelling, pacing, sound design, and motion design in a B2B context
• Exceptional attention to detail from waveform cleanup to final rendering
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
