📋 Description

• Edit and produce high-quality long-form podcast episodes for both audio and video distribution.
• Create engaging short-form content optimized for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and
• Apply advanced post-production techniques, including multi-camera editing, sound design, color
• Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content strategists to refine storytelling, pacing, and
• Manage editing workflows, project templates, media organization, and asset libraries to ensure
• Maintain consistent quality across all published content and distribution channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience editing both video and audio content.
• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and
• Demonstrated experience creating high-performing content across digital and social media platforms.
• Strong storytelling skills with excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
