🎯 Requirements

5 years of experience editing.
Strong leadership, management, communication, and editing skills.
Excellent news judgment with ability to bring analysis and sharp angles to stories.
Analytical rigor to pressure-test arguments and handle nuanced frames without sacrificing clarity.
Passion for Vox’s mission to explain concepts through explanatory journalism.
