Senior Portfolio Accountant

📋 Description

• Process client-directed cash flows and activity across trading and accounting systems with controls.
• Review daily cash flow control reports and resolve outstanding items.
• Oversee custodian cash/position reconciliations by outsourced provider and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead the month-end ABOR close, coordinating across Operations teams.
• Perform daily ETF basket position controls.
• Support ad-hoc project work and process improvements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in investment management, ops or portfolio accounting.
• Strong knowledge of investment management operations and mutual funds.
• Familiarity with mutual funds, ETFs, or separate accounts.
• Experience reconciling cash, positions, and security-level data.
• Working knowledge of investment accounting systems and order management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
