🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Demonstrated history of high performance as a Support Agent
• Expert knowledge of Radar POS Integrations
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Strong written and oral communication
• Time management and prioritization abilities
