📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Pricing and senior leadership to define and execute pricing strategy
• Own end to end pricing for a portfolio of products or initiatives, from strategic design through to
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes, ensuring
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics that can scale with

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Personal or Commercial Lines pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue
• You’ve owned work from data through to deployment, worked with high-volume data and drove decisions
• You’ve advanced analytical capability and comfort working with data driven insights, models, and
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and influence decision
• Autonomy in a smaller setup and experience building, scaling, or improving pricing frameworks
• Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience, with a track record of developing others and
