Senior Prime Finance Client Relationship Manager

📋 Description

• Own and deepen relationships with strategic hedge funds and institutional clients.
• Lead onboarding of multi-product institutional clients across Prime financing.
• Escalate client issues and translate needs to product and engineering.
• Partner with Sales & Trading to originate new business and grow pipeline.
• Build scalable coverage models, onboarding playbooks, and mentor juniors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in institutional client relationship management, prime brokerage, or related roles.
• Deep knowledge of global markets, prime brokerage, margin/lending, derivatives, and digital assets.
• Proven track record growing high-value institutional relationships with revenue impact.
• Experience mentoring juniors and building scalable processes, coverage models, and playbooks.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.
• Uses AI copilots with humans in the loop in daily workflows.
