📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical solution design for company-wide initiatives
• Lead AI capabilities: AI-assisted development, code review, observability and automation
• Resolve complex tech challenges across business lines to boost efficiency
• Design/optimize high-concurrency distributed systems; AI in capacity planning and anomaly detection
• Provide technical training to business teams; promote AI+engineering adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Strong coding fundamentals in Go or Java with high-concurrency design
• Distributed systems experience: microservices architecture and storage
• Linux OS and middleware internals (etcd, Nacos, Kafka); profiling tools
• gRPC frameworks and performance tuning
• AI engineering mindset: LLM fundamentals and practical AI usage
• Strong communication and collaboration; open-source contributions a plus
