Senior Principal - Bank & Credit Union Marketing (Remote)

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth with banking/credit union clients; target $5M-$12M.
• Lead marketing strategy & transformation engagements for mid-market FI.
• Build and maintain C-level relationships with CMOs and senior execs.
• Lead cross-functional teams; drive proposals, pitches, and contracts.
• Act as advisor on marketing transformation and customer growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in management/marketing consulting or agency leadership.
• Deep financial services marketing expertise in retail banking/credit unions.
• Proven ability to meet $5M+ annual sales targets.
• Experience leading complex marketing transformations for financial institutions.
• Partner, MD, Principal, or Senior Manager level with analytics and MarTech knowledge.
