🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in DS, Economics, or ML Eng in large-scale rec or UGC.
• Expert in Python, R, SQL, Hive, Spark, Airflow; strong DL knowledge.
• Ability to design experiments for two-sided marketplaces with social network effects.
• Ability to distill high-dimensional problems into succinct narratives for execs.
