Senior Principal Product Manager - Enterprise

📋 Description

• Own two complete charters end-to-end: Away Team and Enterprise Reporting.
• Drive cross-codebase delivery with Toast platform teams.
• Define the enterprise reporting vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Represent enterprise customers in roadmap discussions and executive reviews.
• Operate across Bengaluru and US with US Eastern Time overlap.
• Contribute to Enterprise strategy with cross-platform delivery and analytics charters.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of product management, with at least 5 years in enterprise or B2B SaaS — owning complex product surface areas.
• Track record delivering cross-team work across engineering organizations that did not report to you; influence without authority.
• Experience owning analytics, reporting, or data platform products.
• Exceptional written communication; you move decisions forward with documents rather than meetings.
• Ability to maintain occasional US Eastern Time overlap (5:30 PM–9:30 PM IST).
• Comfort with ambiguity at the charter level and ability to shape product direction.
