Senior/Principal Product Manager - Storage

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Radiant’s storage products and services.
• Define product requirements across object, block, and file storage, as well as the integration with
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, APIs, workflows, service levels, and
• Partner with engineering on storage architecture, performance, durability, availability
• Work with customers and internal teams to understand workload requirements around capacity
• Drive integrations with compute, Kubernetes, IAM, observability, and developer tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning technical products, cloud infrastructure, storage platforms, or developer-facing
• Strong understanding of high performance storage systems (WEKA, VAST, DDN) and cloud storage
• Strong technical fluency across storage, protocols & interfaces, infrastructure, reliability
• Familiarity with technologies such as Weka, Vast, DDN, MinIO, Lustre, Pure Storage, or similar.
• Able to reason about trade-offs between performance, durability, availability, cost, and
• Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
