📋 Description

• Lead global transformation programs across systems, products, and touchpoints.
• Plan and execute remediation strategies to mitigate risk and ensure continuity.
• Drive cross-functional readiness testing and validation for each phase.
• Establish and manage a governance framework with exec reporting and risk protocols.
• Coordinate impact assessments, remediation planning, and vendor engagement.
• Align cross-functional teams globally (Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Compliance, Customer Ops).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology or related.
• 15+ years in leadership in pre-sales, solutions, product, or project mgmt.
• Strong market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
• Proven track record building/global program strategy from planning to execution.
• Analytical, results-driven, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior management.
