🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategic program management, business transformation, or related field.
• Background in Digital Media; platform + agency experience preferred.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management with C-suite exposure.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into actionable plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional change management initiatives.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
