Senior Principal Program Manager, GTM Excellence

📋 Description

• Manage Reddit's largest OPEX planning cycles.
• Oversee complex roadmaps and exec-ready docs for monthly exec reviews.
• Own end-to-end buy cycle processes: pipeline, forecasting, planning, invoicing.
• Partner with CRO/COO and cross-functional leaders to accelerate execution.
• Turn ambiguity into clear problem statements and action plans.
• Lead rollout planning, stakeholder comms, training, and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategic program mgmt, transformation, or related field
• Experience in Digital Media; platform + agency background preferred
• Executive comms and stakeholder mgmt with C-suite exposure
• Comfort driving decisions in ambiguity and solving complex problems
• Experience leading change mgmt across cross-functional teams
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
