• Manages design & implementation of the precision medicine strategy in support of the overall
• Lead cross-functional precision medicine teams to develop an overall precision medicine strategy
• Has responsibility for oversight of precision medicine strategy, monitoring overall timelines
• Contributes to design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of scientific content of protocols
• Participates in opinion leader interactions related to the disease area(s); partners with Medical
• Stays abreast of professional information and technology through conferences, medical literature

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in science or related field with 10 years of related work experience (or
• Ability to lead and develop a precision medicine strategy.
• Strong desire to collaborate in a cross-functional setting.
• Clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory and compliance requirements governing clinical
• Ability to interact externally and internally to support global scientific and business strategy.
