Senior / Principal Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process
• Act as strategic advisor to leaders, bringing recruiting expertise and actionable talent insights
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using channels such as job boards, social media
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication
• Work with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews and provide support to candidates and hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Background recruiting technical customer facing roles
• Exceptional communication skills
• Passion for finding and hiring the best talent
• Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
• End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
• Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product, Technology or IT Services
