📋 Description

• Partner with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements, offering
• Work closely with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other internal stakeholders to align
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers) for
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication; work with
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions; provide market

🎯 Requirements

• Background recruiting technical customer facing roles.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for finding and hiring best talent.
• Strong understanding of technology and industry trends.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management.
• In-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product, Technology, or IT Services
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
