📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Platform, Architecture
• Translate strategic objectives into structured execution plans with milestones, dependencies
• Establish program operating mechanisms: roadmap tracking, dependency management, executive
• Drive alignment across multiple products and platforms to achieve shared business goals.
• Partner with technical leaders to evaluate tradeoffs, dependencies, scalability, and delivery
• Create governance frameworks using metrics, telemetry, and outcome-based measurements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading enterprise-scale technical programs within SaaS, cloud, platform, or related tech
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple engineering teams, products
• Ability to transform strategy into actionable execution with governance and risk management.
• Advanced systems-thinking linking architecture, delivery, customer experience, and business
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture leaders on platform dependencies and
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise apps, distributed systems, data
