📋 Description

• Lead the execution of organizational strategy related to Western wholesale electricity market
• Develop and refine advocacy strategies addressing Western market expansion, governance, market
• Serve as a credible and constructive representative in regional and state forums, building trusted
• Monitor and analyze emerging policy, regulatory, governance, and market developments affecting
• Evaluate market design proposals and identify opportunities to strengthen policies and market
• Develop regulatory comments, testimony, policy briefs, technical analyses, and other advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, public policy, law, environmental policy, or a related
• At least 5 years of professional experience in energy policy, including experience with wholesale
• Knowledge of American wholesale market and regional market design is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience applying legal, economic, engineering, or other
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility
