📋 Description

Lead DPIAs, ROPA, and privacy program gap assessments.
Advise on GDPR, DPDP, EU AI Act, and US/state privacy rules.
Build DPIA/ROPA templates and risk assessment frameworks.
Own pricing, margins, and utilization for privacy engagements.
Partner with Sales/SE/CS on privacy-attach opportunities.
Develop AI-enabled DPIA/ROPA playbooks with human gates.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in privacy consulting or DPO/privacy office.
Hands-on DPIA and ROPA delivery at scale.
Deep knowledge: GDPR, India's DPDP Act.
Working knowledge of EU AI Act and US state privacy laws.
Preferred: IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) or DPO cert.
