Senior Privacy Counsel (6-month FTC)

📋 Description

• Hybrid role: work across Entain's operations on a multi-jurisdictional basis.
• Provide senior legal support on data privacy matters and support DPO activities.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Data, Product and Technology teams; engage with data protection
• Strengthen privacy governance, risk management and senior leadership reporting.
• Embed privacy by design principles into product development, data management and AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• England & Wales-qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in data
• Ability to synthesise risk, provide actionable opinions balancing regulatory compliance with
• Experience managing relationships with data protection authorities and regulators; oversee
• Experience advising on data privacy across multiple jurisdictions; navigate differences between
• Deep GDPR knowledge with DPIAs, DSARs, breach management, international transfers, and lawful basis
• Ability to engage with technical teams on AI, data architecture and digital product development
