📋 Description

• Global privacy SME: US laws incl. CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
• Develop and scale the global privacy program; notices, policies, playbooks.
• Advise on privacy, AI, and cyber issues; provide pragmatic guidance.
• Incident reporting and regulatory responses; data subject requests.
• Strategic leadership; mentor Privacy and Compliance teams.
• Compensation: US Pay Zones 4: $144,400 - $180,500.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US bar.
• 8+ years legal experience; 5+ years advising on privacy.
• Experience advising on US privacy laws incl. CCPA/CPRA; GDPR knowledge.
• Experience implementing global privacy program; notices, policies, tools.
• Autonomous, fast-paced; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent comms; nice-to-have: in-house tech exp; privacy certs.
