Senior Process Engineer, NPI Projects

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end introduction of mechanical product and process changes into the manufacturing
• Map all incoming engineering changes against production line state, identifying risks to quality
• Lead production trials for new or modified designs — defining trial plans, success criteria
• Drive structured cutover planning, coordinating timing across engineering, supply chain, warehouse
• Translate engineering changes into manufacturing execution language — work orders, Oracle
• Partner closely with the TPM to maintain change visibility, milestone tracking, and

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, or engineering change management in a
• Demonstrated experience managing product or process changes into a live manufacturing line
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) including work order flow, BOM management
• Strong mechanical systems intuition — ability to read engineering drawings, understand pack/module
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and build structure where little
• Excellent cross-functional communication — comfortable engaging engineering, supply chain
