Senior Process Intelligence Analyst & Engineer (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Identify, extract, and transform data from source systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to
• Analyze process variants, identify bottlenecks, and calculate business cases for process
• Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data models that serve as the foundation for real-time
• Collaborate with functional departments to develop concepts for process improvement (e.g., via AI
• Present findings clearly and support the implementation of process changes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science and/or Business Administration with a technical
• Proven experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or
• Strong proficiency in SQL/PQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in data modeling and ETL processes (knowledge of Python is a plus)
• Proficient in complex process analysis methods (Lean Six Sigma is a plus) and deep understanding of
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented approach, and ability to explain complex issues simply
