📋 Description

• Senior Value Engineer leading end-to-end value journey with Celonis Process Intelligence Platform
• Translate customer objectives into value assessments, build demos and business cases
• Lead workshops, present to C-Level, and drive adoption/renewal with partners and Celonis Services
• Drive measurable business impact across processes and industries
• Collaborate with Sales Teams to land and expand value-centered engagements
• German language proficiency required for workshops and executive engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in analytical roles focused on data analysis, process improvement, and software
• Knowledge of Python and SQL; experience with BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Experience in process improvement, value realization, and change management
• Project management skills across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Domain expertise in Finance or Supply Chain; industry experience in manufacturing or related sectors
