Direct medium to large scale projects to meet scope, budget, schedule.
Review and interpret safety docs: OCAs, PHAs, procedures, MOC, PSSR.
Lead on-site compliance evaluations and inspections.
Engage with personnel at refineries, chemical facilities, ammonia refrigeration.
Manage and train junior and mid-level staff.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on progress and budgets.

🎯 Requirements

10-15 years of experience in process safety and/or chemical engineering
EPA RMP, OSHA PSM, and/or similar state-level program compliance experience
Proven project manager able to lead multiple projects and subcontractors on time and budget
Ability to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Be able to carry 25 pounds, climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms
